Does a Ceiling Fitting with 5 Bulbs Use More Electric than Standard Fitting?

Deciding whether to change my standard rose fittings (ones where you add lampshade around) that have led bulb to fitted ceiling light with 5 small led bulbs. I have three ceiling lamps in lounge/diner so will be going from 3 standard bulbs to 15 bulbs if buy the fitted ceiling lights. Before I decide I need to know if the cost will increase or if modern fittings are cheaper. Have attached image idea 
Yes every light bulb uses electricity but LED ones are more efficient and last years.
Id say so. But the key would be to try and get the eco light bulbs. Most bulbs will come with an energy efficiency reading on the box
LEDs are very energy efficient, we have them in all all lights, they don't cost must to run, they give off a better light in my opinion
