Does Your Primary School Charge for Snacks?

Does your primary school charge for snacks?
A friend has a child that's gone into year 3 this week. They used to get bagels, toast and fruit put in the classrooms for free (as all are entitled to free school meals in reception, year 1 and year 2) but now it's year 3, it's 25p a slice of toast, 30p a bagel and a bacon sandwich, but it's classed as 'morning snack' and not breakfast.
