Easy Cocktail Recipes
Ask a Question
I’m having a party next week and I’m in need of some easy cocktail recipes. I’ve googled this and so far, you still need loads of ingredients.
I have the following spirits in my cabinet:
vodka
gin
white rum
spiced rum
brandy
whiskey
I would like to make two or three different cocktails, and don’t mind buying a few mixers and lemons/limes etc. I just don’t want to be buying bottles and bottles of spirits.
You could do bowls of punch, only need mixers (juices or fizzy drink depending on the recipe you choosw) and fruits for garnish
A vodka punch and a rum punch perhaps?
G0501 do you just make it up yourself! I’ve never done a punch before, so that sounds good! Thank you
PayItForward yes you can mix a big bowl quickly yourself, check online, plenty of recipes. Rum usually goes well with orange or tropical juice, vodka with cranberry, can be made fizzy with lemonade or sparkling water
G0501 thank you so much. That’s very easy and I’m sure would taste good with fruit mixed in. I’m going to do this
You could go fancy, buy a bottle of cheap vermouth and olives and do vodka or gin martinis
G0501 Tesco had vermouth last week for £6. I’m not sure what it is, so I didn’t buy it lol. But that’s another good option as I have olives in the cupboard
Bahama Mama there are lots of versions on this online to get measurements for the volume you’re making.
Rum
Coconut flavoured rum
Grenadine syrup
Orange juice & pineapple juice..
tastes amazing
Not got much idea about cocktail making so can't be much help, sorry but may give you some ideas here www.bbc.co.uk/food/collections/easy_cocktails
HEDGEHOGS that you for this link. I think I’m sorted for my party. But I’m going to save this for Christmas cocktails
Glad it was of some use to you and good luck with your forthcoming party and the cocktail making.
