Easy Solution to Remove rust... Vinegar

Had a penny coin featuring the iconic Mr. Lincoln so it didn't seem right to be all rusty, so just left it soak in vinegar and then it became pretty much clean.

I've also used this with knifes and worked pretty well, as expected.

I didn't know any of this. I always give my "dirty coins" to charities who accepts them. No wonder coins in any condition are not refused!

I have personally always use toothpaste, great for rust, I use it on jewelry too, great results

I clean my car lights with toothpaste and vinegar and the windows with vinegar

jdible My dad tried it, but it didn't work for him I guess it was far too many years for it to have any effect. He took the truck to a mechanic and it was cleaned professionally, it looks good as new.

I binned off the cleaning off the products and use Vinegar and bicarbonate of soda for cleaning
