How You Ever Done a Wheelie on a Bike?

Ask a Question

I see kids do this especially going down the middle of a road and think it looks so dangerous especially if they hit a pot hole.

Haha no chance. I break bones if I go on a bike. I'm a hazard on them. I don't do bike. No chance of doing a wheelie on one

As a kid I had a Raleigh Chopper and while not the greatest of bikes they were super easy to do wheelies because of the smaller front wheel plus you had a suspension spring on the back of the saddle so if you sat back as far as you can go on the seat you could jump off stuff and it would take the impact of the jump. I probably did 100s of wheelies back then. You would jump off perhaps something one foot off the ground and then celebrate your success with a wheelie. As an adult probably zero. I can imagine if I tried it today it would not go well, not that I have a bike really setup for a wheelie anyway. Something better for lighter riders to do.
