Have you ever had an online order go wrong?

I heard that someone ordered some trainers and when they turned up the shoes had been used already and stepped in dog poo at some point! 🐩 💩

Only a supermarket order that went wrong. The driver rang several times apologising but eventually an unexpected email saying order cancelled and no charge. It was disappointing but it was during the pandemic so appreciated all the delivery people working. We didn’t starve.

Years ago I ordered a router and and informed the broadband provider I hadn't received it. The broadband provider told me the tracking system said it was delivered by Yodel. After a couple of weeks of phone calls and emails, the broadband provider sent me a new one through Royal Mail.

Ha who hasn’t. Yeah for sure. Everything 5 pounds sent me someone else’s order but I got to keep it and get my other stuff sent to me.

I've had an item turn up broken, but I just returned it and got a refund. Other than that can't think of any major disasters.

Yes ordered metal raised beds , never arrived, sent to wrong address even though address on order was correct. Wanted me to help pay transportation fee , explained their fault .

Asked for the address as to where they went , never replied

I have problems all the time. It's a miracle if a order goes right. Evri is the worst for delivery although got a new driver now that delivers parcels.

Yes.. very recently an online order from Aldi was supposed to be delivered by YODEL… their tracking app is abysmal .. supposed to have been in the local depot but when it missed the due day of delivery, I went on YODEL online chat. Less than helpful. Then had an email from Aldi saying my order was being returned as YODEL couldn’t deliver it… they never even tried. I cannot understand why companies use YODEL for their deliveries… they are absolutely rubbish.

Had a large garden storage thing (a bit like the Keter ones), put it all together and the lid was bowed at each end. I emailed to complain, they said to send it back, but I pointed out that it was fully assembled and there is chance of me taking it apart, packing it and sending it back. After a few days they contact me and said they will refund the cost and I can keep it.

I've had a few. One I particularly remember is ordering a xbox from amazon on black Friday. They delivered it to the wrong address then refused to send me another as they couldn't sell anymore at the same price 🤷‍♀️

Oh ordered some sort of tool. It was cancelled saying they couldn't deliver it to where we live. A day later. Said item appears. A few days later the refund hits the bank account

Ordered trainers for my 15 year old son - size 9 - and received a tiny pair of kids size 9 ones. Very cute but he couldn't even get his big toe in them 🤣🤣🤣🤣
