Name something that makes you happy but it has to begin with the first letter of your name 
I have N as my first initial so I will choose Nature as it really does wonders for me
Beginning with an S my 3 Son's make me happy and proud each and every day. I've loved being a dad and I always go to sleep at night and when I wake up in the morning and say thank you for bringing my son's and wife to me.

Well the first letter of my name is E but now i am trying to think of a word with that letter.. erm Eating lol im a real foody so eating makes me happy lol.

The first letter of my name is K so I’m going to have to go for Kissing. But other things that make me happy beginning with K is kids, kindness and putting the kettle on
For me it would have to be Curry and struggling to find much more, lots things I like, lots make me happy but not starting with a C
Not much that starts with J. I have to say juice 
when hot and thirsty and I would say jacuzzi (but I only have a bath so that will have to do. 
).
R for Rhythm and blues as I like that genre of music or if you can only have one word rural as I like the countryside
Mines K so I'll say Kindness. I always am kind which makes me happy and it makes me happy when someone is kind to me especially someone you don't really know. Doesn't happy very often though.
I've managed to think of something else that makes happy beginning with K. KitKats love them especially the chunky version!
Not much for me either with the letter (i) so have to say ice-cream sat on a lovely beach
