Gaming PC: Is It worth the Money
Ask a Question
Looking to buy one for myself, but looking at the prices without the monitor and other peripherals it is very expensive. Consoles like the ps5 are so much cheaper but they will get outdated in the future. What should I do?
My son has the ps5 and barely uses it now after buying him a gaming PC for Christmas, got a great deal from here with a monitor
Son just said, buy a gaming PC not a playstation, better graphics, faster game play ect...
You don't have to have a state of the art PC, PC games are designed to adapt to the spec of the PC with better or worse graphics. You can play the same game on a mid-range pc as a high end pc at the same frame rates if you accept a lower resolution and less graphic detail. You can pick up an old PC from a skip that may have been bought for an office in 2015 and still play a huge number of games on it even if its older games and less ambitious more recent games. PC games have been produced since the late 1980s and some of the early games still play very well. There are so many games out there to play. You can build a reasonable gaming PC from £200-400 that will play modern games quite well.
