Google Reportedly Deleting Dormant Accounts over Two Years
In the News
Sounds like great news to me as I made a lot of burner accounts and lost access to them (before I could delete 'em myself, but Google will do that).
Speaking of dormant accounts, if you have a PayPal account you've not used for a while they may try to charge you a fee:

I remember it was something like £10? I deleted my account so don't have to worry about their nonsense.
PhilipMarc - I have a PayPal account I last used three years ago. I cannot access my account now without the 2-step verification. PayPal has my old mobile number and wants to text me. I have used their freephone number and phoning their London office number without any success.
jam45 Well, I'd suggest sending an email to vbelloc@paypal.com (source below).

Hopefully they didn't charge you (and they can undo as a token of good gesture), but who knows, PayPal isn't what it used to be.
