Hair Care Products for Wavy / Curly Hair

I was wondering if I could have your help please. I have been doing some reading into my hair pattern (wavy / light curls) and the types of products I should be using. My goodness it is overwhelming!

I can see that a lot of people encourage those with curly or wavy hair to follow quite a long and product intensive hair regime - something I certainly do not have time for!

Currently I use a shampoo for greasy hair (my main complaint) and a conditioner for wavy hair. Occasionally I will use an argan oil hair mask. But I’m not 100% happy with the results (still too much dry frizz)

Can anyone please recommend other good, yet affordable and easy to use products for curly hair please
