Well of course it's their view, that's why they were paid millions to do it.

Got no time for them.

Hideous couple, had privilege all his life and wants more. They left so they are not in public eye, yet throw themselves into it, he is weak willed idiot who is her puppet and she is a fame hungry wannabe..

remember she is allegedly an actress so it’s all a show..

There is no excuse under heaven or earth for them to moan, whinge and cry to the whole world. Not happy at home? Move away, keep relations civil and get on with your life. Really need to get it off your chest? Write a long letter to those you feel injured by and close the book. I am sickened by this couple using the world as a sounding board for their grievances.

I bet they are not aggrieved by the obscene amount of money they have made on the back of all this.

Whatever the right or wrong, I am not interested. All I see is the other side keeping a respectful silence and getting on with their duties in an impeccable manner.

Constant childish bickering, pity parties, and poms (poor old me) does nothing to garner sympathy from me.....sorry.

Yet they're always surrounded by drama.

Personally I would hate being hounded 24 hours a day. I did feel for them in the beginning but since the Oprah interview I’ve lost respect for them. The couple were paid somewhere between US$100m and US$150m by Netflix to make this series that’s just obscene.

The palace are doing the right thing by not commenting.

The australians seem to have the measure of them...

Sky News host Cory Bernardi says "the ginger and the whinger," Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are the "two least interesting people out there". "They should be cancelled from all social media and you watch the world forget about them".

It won't let me post the correct link

tumblespots I totally agree, the whole situation is ridiculous. They wanted privacy, so have appeared on Oprah, made a Netflix documentary and written a book. It's a joke.

I've no intention of watching this soap opera - 'recollections may vary' applies here again. I've never met a drunk/addict who has a reliable memory, in fact, they are usually quick to spout a totally feasible reason for their actions. In Harry's case I believe he has deep seated hatred that he cannot let go of, even though he should be full of relief for escaping the firm. It's draining to keep hearing about the latest round of vitriol. ( I was a former fan) loooo666 What's your take on it? Did you watch it?

I haven't watched nor will watch the Netflix documentary as I'm not particularly interested in all the gory details. I have seen some clips on social media tho. Iv never believed they are the villains they are portrayed as. I think they had legitimate concerns where the media were concerned & it must hurt not to have family support, especially given the history.

Makes me laugh they want out of the spotlight and to be left alone but they are doing Netflix, they've done Oprah and now they are apparently doing a book. If you want out you would completely be out of the public eye all together. They're being paid millions for this stuff and they apparently wanted out before the wedding so at least pay back the tax payers millions that paid for your wedding with all the money you are raking in.

I watched this doc I felt sorry for them on a whole the way they was treated mental health is very important to keep a balance and I would not like to think about anybody suffering

However I found moaning about the low ceilings in Nottingham cottage a joke as some people are on the streets and have no where to live and they have been so lucky to have such a privileged life to be given a gift of a cottage to let them have their own space

I won’t be watching it, lost all interest in RF since the Andrew payoff. Baffles me that people have more anger towards Harry & Meghan than Andrew

SilverSurfer we don't constantly hear about Andrew, he is doing what H & M should do....keep a low profile. I am glad not to hear about him and any anger I feel will do nothing to right his wrongs.

Lynibis maybe H & M could have been paid 12 million to keep quiet and a low profile

SilverSurfer agreed! they were used as a distraction. The more negative the the less people were interested in Andrew story!! She was/is a well known respectable actress. She was standing well on her own two feet before. Let them make a living through Netflix. they are not using the publics money to go to some island.

InaShah what’s even more strange is people will try to defend or Justify Andrew while attacking H & M. 🥴

SilverSurfer Exactly - I feel H & M have far more core values and morals. I understand disrupting history but so much history is bad and air brushed to fit the story they want to show. They are far more down to earth. So they have moments of champagne and chandelier problems but doesn't take away the real battles that they face.

InaShah I respect H&M for coming away from the RF as I have no respect for the RF with a 12 million silencing payment.

Lynibis I'm a socialist and a seeker after fair things but Netflix just ain't that good . I have little regard for people who thrive on tittle tattle and gossip mongering much less those who are born to privilege and comfort.

I have deliberately have not watched it or read any of the news coverage, as it makes me annoyed. I think they will do anything to be in the limelight and the £ that comes with it.

I’m on episode 4, yes they’ve had upsetting time but most families have periods of falling out but why oh why sell your story? Protect your family and just keep quiet.

Control the narrative on them. Most of us don't have Netflix knocking on our door with x million pounds on the table. I mean they are already used to people talking about them. May as well get paid for that anyway. (I want to note the difference on people talking about people (celebs/royals etc) and bullying)

The latter you don't get used to.

Pjran I have to say I feel most people are interested in the monarchy and that I am the exception. Whether being interested means they want to continue with the monarchy is another matter. I certainly don't, I feel the UK has to modernise politically and reduce or replace the monarchy. I don't really feel we need a president though. I feel we need to review our political systems and focus on specific roles in government that only highly qualified people can apply for. Just seems mainly a bunch of egotistical morons in politics today most of which aren't fit for purpose. 95% of politics should be about running the economy well and the other 5% spending the money generated well and efficiently. Instead we get idiots who just spend money we haven't got and cause huge damage to our economy.
