Don’t have one near me to take advantage of this offer. I may have done if there was one near me

It sounds rather silly. Many people may have too much pride to do this, especially poorer pensioners who would benefit, plus many cannot leave the house unaided. It also doesn't help the homeless, or kids going to school without breakfast, so again charitable ideas that don't help those who need it most.

I can imagine groups of yummy mummies turning up with full face of make up and silk pj's like housewives of .........

Lynibis People are already like this without incentives, but this makes matters worse. Just makes people dumber.

Anyone seen the movie Idiocracy? Hopefully we'll not get there.

Not something I'd do, I see some mothers taking their kids to school in their pyjamas, they look ridiculous

martinlufc5637 It's pure laziness as they are probably on their smart phones and tablets as soon as they get up and don't have time to get dressed. That's probably why so many kids go to school hungry.

Worthwhile if you have the guts to go in your pyjamas. Personally I wouldn't. I don't have a IKEA near me anyway, and I can't drive, so it would mean using public transport, which makes it worse.

Thank you for all your comments. A good mix of answers which I was surprised about. Personally I would not go even if I lived next door.

Considering I don't drive I'll give it a miss because they don't let you on the bus wearing pyjamas!

Don't fancy a spell in the jail!😜

I was in a convenience store once and a teenage girl was wandering around in her pyjamas. I've also seen the youtube walmart videos where they show people dressed in ridiculous ways in Walmart in the USA. We have a long way to go to match the USA it seems.
