It was only a matter of time before I caught this cold going about.
What is your favouite movie? I’m going to spend today in bed watching films.
My favourite film is forest gump doesn't matter how many times I've seen it if it's on I'll watch it
Leannexxx oh I love forest gump! It never gets old. I’ll add that to my watch list for today
Last night I watched The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. I rather enjoyed it, and I don't say that about films often
Jinky67 yes it was brilliant. I watched it last week with hubby. We laughed so much during it
Haven’t watched many films lol so can’t recommend any for you but wanted to say get well soon! It has started to get somewhat chilly like now early mornings or when the sun sets and it gets dark
kitty88uk thank you. I think a friend gave it to me at the weekend. They mentioned when they picked me up that they hadn’t been well, but they were feeling better that day..
PayItForward ...Our daughter had it last Monday, we were visiting Portrush, while on holiday in Northern Ireland, she had it a few days, then I started with it during a visit to partner's sister & her husband in Craigavon...
Then after the Portadown match my partner started with a cold meaning he missed out on seeing his Niece that night & his two sisters who are 79 & 81 in Portadown before we went back to Sheffield..
Partner has just rested, our daughter made us a beautiful Chicken Stew when we got home to Sheffield which helped & was gorgeous..
Hope you're much better soon, have some soup & get plenty of rest..x
While we weren't well we watched
Irish film
In The Land Of Saints & Sinners which was good..
Whatever Happened To Monday?
I don't watch many films but they are two that I have watched with my partner.
We passed our time ill by watching Who's Line Is It Anyway..
PayItForward it’s not nice being ill is it just a common cold? I hardly get unwell but when I do I get headaches a lot! and coughing too.. takes me maybe about two weeks to get better
I don’t watch many films but someone recommended to me The Great Gatsby. However, she did say it was quite sad as well. Not sure if that’s a good fit while sick and no I haven’t seen it yet.
JLouM I haven’t seen the great Gatsby. I think that has leonardo dicaprio in it. I don’t know if I want to watch a sad film at the minute - but I’ll definitely put it on my watch list
If you let us know the types of films you enjoy I can probably give you a few suggestions. Hope you're better soon.
