I just watched this lady on the national news tonight and she is amazing
Whang-od is the worlds oldest tattoo artist at 106 yrs and lives in the Philippines
What is also amazing is she looks to be in very good health and doesnt even wear glasses or contact lens
And to top it all off she is on the front page of Vogue Magazine
She seems amazing for her age. The one thing that springs to mind is that many older people 'shake', as a tattooist that would be a disaster so I assume she is fine but then I wouldn't want a tattoo whoever did it.
tumblespots I dont have any tats either T, and i never even thought about the shaking bit , she must be pretty steady to still be doing this at her unbelievable age , and not to be wearing glasses is also pretty impressive

tumblespots Besides the secret of her longevity, i would love to know how she has preserved her eyesight to that age T, probably she doesnt watch TV or reads , two things that can cause eyestrain and deterioration , but then concentrating on what she is doing is quite taxing
telmel It's rather surprising that she hasn't got any cataracts as many other older people do

Amazing to be still going and look that healthy at 106. I guess that saying of finding a job that you love, and you never work a day in your life could be accurate
106 wow I don’t know if I want to live that long that could be outliving your kids
Wow she looks absolutely amazing good on her she must love her job how brilliant to get to that age with good health and good eyesight she won't be watching TV or using phones think that's everyone's problem now a days
I did see her on the news but the way she was doing the tattoos made me feel a bit queasy. She was literally banging the three marks onto peoples arms. No thank you. She was amazing though.
