Is anyone else having a problem getting the 'rate' to go through correctly?
I am having problems:- When I click on the thumbs there is a much longer delay before anything happens and when it does actually change there is a delay before the number of rates changes too. If you refresh the page it doesn't speed anything up and having a red/blue thumb doesn't mean it can proceed in under 10 seconds, when it should be instant!
Perhaps there has been an update which has upset the apple cart??
Happens occasionally my end.Maybe It's the app or maybe my pc memory just needs a good clearout.Either/Or perhaps?
MelissaLee1 That's the thing, you never know if it is your own machine or the LD site. From my point of view it's good to know it isn't just me!
Leannexxx I am assuming you are on a phone as I'm not familiar with swiping (I use a laptop), perhaps that is the difference between the two machines?
tumblespots yeah I use my phone add issues for a while with the app to be honest most of the time it takes ages to load have to restart it a few times before it actually works
Pjran Yes, it doesn't make a difference which you choose does it? It just takes a LOT longer.
Yep happens regularly for me and also when l give the thumbs up it sometimes says I've given the thumbs down...
Pinkspirit Is that just today or do you have problems all the time, mine has been a bit slow lately, buy not as slow as it was on Tuesday.
Pinkspirit Mine was speeded up this morning, is yours still slow then? You could always email LD and let them know, but I think you are not alone!
Pjran It has been a little faster this morning so perhaps someone was up late last night?
I don't have those problems but this laptop only has a 1366x768 screen and the rate section doesn't work correctly on it as it seems to be setup only for 1080p screens or more. So you can't read the text properly.

tumblespots I don't normally use that laptop to rate deals but the main PC downstairs and to be honest since posting that it seems to have been fixed anyway. It's been like it for months though and suddenly the issues is gone after posting the above.
Yeah I’ve been having the same problems now and again, now I’ve got 3 deals posts on review have to wait to get 100 points each. Anyone else have that problem too?
kitty88uk I usually post at least 4 deals so that if one is rejected then the other three should be OK and I hate waiting to see if they do/don't like it & post it.
tumblespots yeah I posted two Easter egg and shower wash deals from Morrisons all got rejected pfft so had to post another 3 deals saying not meeting guidelines or not linking to actual pages when they are
annoying!

Sorry for the issues - I accidentally let a bug slip through the net yesterday and didn't catch it until the evening!
Hopefully the lag with rating deals is now fixed.
I also appreciate everyone's additional feedback re: rating - I'm hoovering it all up and will see if I can make some tweaks/improvements
