Anyone looking forward to seeing this new movie? Lots of big stars and hype around it
Hi hspexy I would love to see the new film. From what I've seen it looks very good. But I will Wait for it to come out on DVD. And I was all so wondering if they will do the follow on. I love the first lion king and the follow on ones. At the Monet there seems to be a lot of remakes I can't wait to see the new dunbo movie which I think it's out the end of this month. So that one DVD to look forward to. Are you going to see the new lion film. 
Hi nicolajaynehend yes I’ll probably wait to watch it too, via streaming. It’s not something I’d watch in the cinema myself. I’ve seen Dumbo and it was ok. I preferred the cartoon. Everything seems to be a remake these days
Im taking my granddaughter to go and see this.... mainly because i cant wait !!! She like yeah ok.... im like LION KING WHOOP WHOOP 
Lol I guess that as we watched it in the cartoon form all those years ago, it’ll be exciting to see it in this new version, more realistic 
My mum is going to see it today. I will wait till its out on dvd and rent it. My husband has decided our son is not allowed to watch it because of the scene where Mufasha dies. It traumatised him as a kid and he doesn't want our son seeing it.
Ah yes, that’s a sad scene. And it might be even more traumatic in this version as it’s not a cartoon
We’re going on wednesday with the two for one meerkat movies, CANT WAIT!! one of my favourite films growing up, seen the original a few times during adulthood and I still love it.. it looks amazing 
I plan to watch it at some point. It is one of the more iconic Disney tales that would look incredible in the cinema, although I would be happy to catch it on dvd also
Mum said it was good but that she preferred the original. Also spoiler alert, there isn't as much singing as the original.
Oh no, not as much singing? Thought that was why they got Beyoncé on board lol. I will have to check it out soon
The original is one of my favourite Disney movies, so yes. I hope they do it justice though and don't mess up!
I am super excited to see it! All the recent Disney films have been brilliant so I can't see why this won't be great too. They did well with the actors too so it should be good.
I havent seen it yet or i havent watched Dumbo yet. Im excited to watch it though the jungle book and beauty & the beast ones were fab.
Went to see this yesterday and liked it. Be ready for chatty children fans who have read the book and seen the animation to be excited throughout.
