Something that made me smile today was being appreciated at work today with good words from the boss.
We have just got an eight week old kitten and she make us smile everyday with her playful funny ways, absolutely love her.
Just received flowers and some gifts from my work colleagues as iam off sick at the moment cheered me up
I had some nice comments from the patients on the ward where i work which always makes me feel
Pretty happy, especially if at first they aren’t too happy being there and then we manage to make them feel more comfortable and we see improvements
Got home alive. Got a thank you from a couple of colleagues instead of a days worth of negative comments and subtle digs. Been lovely and actually felt appreciated

Spent the afternoon with 3 cousins who I've not seen since my aunts funeral just prior to covid ... was like we had only seen each other a month ago ... family is important x
I'd love to tell you what makes me smile each day . I wake up and say thank you for my amazing wife and my sons who make me proud each and everyday .

My ear has been painful, possibly ear infection, as I was chatting to my husband it suddenly unblocked. That made me smile, such a relief.
Nadiaparveen also not easy to sleep, I’m trying to stay awake now. Smiling as my husband has made tea and cake yum.
Nadiaparveen Thank you for such a lovely post, I always think a tiny bit of positivity and love can make a huge difference. If only we could all take something positive out of every situation and try and learn or ignore the negatives as much.
I won nearly £400 last night on free bingo, which I thought I dreamt until I checked my balance today, this will help massively!
And today I was delivered over 45 children's books from someone local for all the little ones in my life. A great selection and decent condition too
My animals and friends bring me joy each day. I try to look for the positives in life now.
I know the wins I've shared today are mainly money related, but it was the fact she also delivered to me and didn't ask for anything, that little extra effort and kindness from people.
Today I had a flake ice cream from the van and it made me smile because it was yummy but also I know it will help the lady's small business
Nadiaparveen makes no difference to me. I've no preference to where I am. It's just good to know
I got to spend the afternoon with my friend. No kids, no work , just us both having a right old laugh
I met up with a friend for lunch, we hadn't caught up for a long time so lots os smiles and hugs.
My husband reminded me that we need to buy some more kitchen paper, flippantly saying about £1. Of course not I said they’re about a fiver for two in a pack. His face was a picture, made me smile.
I did a bookfold for a friend last week as it were their own book off there lat mother I did it for free they wanted my bank details to send me but I refused and yester day they sent me some flowers and chocolates in the post as a thank you

But every day my disabled 90 y/o parents make me smile as I have another cherished day to spend with them that all I need
