Mum Known as the 'Pot Noodle Queen' is Now Unrecognisable
In the News
This woman 'went to pot' when she was eating pot noodles every day and ballooned to 18 stone
She was known as the 'Pot noodle Queen' due to her infatuation and ate over 1,000 over 3 years
I should imagine it wasn't just being overweight that was the problem, her health must have suffered too, pot noodles are not the healthiest of meals, to say the least
Besides being high in salt they are also typically low in fibre, protein, and other essential nutrients, and high in calories, fat, and carbohydrates. As well as being highly processed, Pot Noodles also often contain additives and preservatives, which can have negative effects on health over time
Now she is a healthy 11 stone 9 lb and has dropped from a size 24 to a size 12
So the 'pot' belly has gone now and she looks a lot healthier , eating more vegetables, fruit and pasta
I have never had a pot noodle in my life. But I think we all tend to eat the same foods week in week out. I would love to swap a weeks shop and meals with someone else.
I hate pot noodles. Don't know how someone can live off them. They are horrible but fair play to her for stopping and losing weight
I don't mind a pot noodle now and again has to be the bad boy tho couldn't eat them every day tho
Interesting topic but I love Pot Noodles especially Original Curry/Bombay Bad boys flavours also my family too, but some time we like eating I know they aren’t healthy for every day eating, last night I bought few just put them in Store room
I dislike the pot noodles no flavour whatsoever! The cup noodles and ramen made by Japanese and Korean brands tastes much better! Thicker noodles and more different flavours
I prefer the regular kind that you buy 4/5 for £1.Pot noodles are soggy and have hardly and taste at all.Give me singapore rice everytime instead.
I don't eat them myself, but i suppose the odd one won't harm , and they are quick to make
