When this woman from the USA was about to give birth on the way to the hospital in a snowstorm she decided to stop in a Mcdonalds car park when she realised she would not make it
Very sensible , but not so sensible in my eyes when she decided to name her baby Micah and nicknamed , 'mcflurry' , a dessert off their menu!
It could have been worse though, the paramedic suggested ‘Baby McNugget’ instead
I could think of a few more sensible menu names, 'Big Mac' would have been less traumatic when growing up than the nickname 'mcflurry' , better still a normal name

It does say his actual name is Micah and McFlurry is just a nickname, thank goodness....but no I don't think there's anything on the McDonalds menu that I'd name a child after!
Imagine calling out to Mcflurry for his dinner. Micah sounds better. I have heard of the actress Mika Boorem before. Not sure If Micah Is pronounced the same though.
Oh yes: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Because I am welsh people always ask me to say It. I can say It because I speak Welsh fluency. Yes Imagine calling him that. The Bus Drivers/Conductors say It outloud when approaching the town. But that`s just for tourism.
Lecester is awful. I blame the registrar for that as she should have pointed out it was wrong or even suggested Lester, although that is usually a boys name. Not quite the same and have mentioned it before, but a registrar in my old office registered twins called Dolce and Gabbana.

janphoenix51 quite nice names independently but there are bound to be times when they are called together, especially in school.
No I would not. But people do give nicknames to their children and then it seems ok to do. Big responsibility naming a child.

Got a mate who's nickname is Big tony, Big Mac would be a cooler name though lol
I think that would be cruel different if after places abroad that sound pretty, touch you have a meaning but nickname is just fun if you like it or not it sticks!
Some if the names parents name the children are ridiculous, especially Z listers
Not a chance would I name my child after something on a menu. Nor would I give my child this as a nickname
