Netflix Problem

i was watching a movie, needed to nip out so switched tv off, came bk loaded netflix and film started from beginning when in the past it started where i left off, is there any way to continue from where i left off.
I find it's very hit and miss whether it lets you resume playing or takes you back to the start.
Can be annoying when you're over an hour into a film though.
Happens to me from time to time on episodes, or forgets what one I'm watching or watched
ye very annoying, never use to do this, think it something i should get use to i suppose.
I imagine it should be logged out. I always do this and when I go back in to Netflix I never have this problem. It goes straight to 'continue watching' I click on it and resume from where I left off.
thank you ill try this next time i watch a movie, it dont happen with tv series tho.
