I would never have thought this to be true, but apparently babies are born with accents
They even start mimicking them while in the womb
A German researcher studied 60 babies , 30 French and 30 German and found that the French babies cries rose in sound but the German babies cries dropped , both inline with their countries way of speaking
In a previous study by the same woman she found Swedish babies had a singing cry
I wonder if Geordie babies first words are 'wae aye man' or a scottish bairn 'change ma Cloot'

I'm sure my mother heard me say my first words, “Where’s me scran? I’m clamming” 
Well if you think about it they hear everything so I'm not surprised they have a accents
I’m sure I remember a few years back reading that even cows have regional “accents” so this doesn’t surprise me at all
