No Daily Points Bonus Today?

The three daily broadcasts don't seem to have the daily points bonus today
I do seem to think there were two yesterday, but hope this doesn't mess up the streak 
Yes I just noticed that also. Strange there was no daily bonus. Obviously just an oversight I’m sure

Sorry about this - the first broadcast of the day glitched and the system went a bit loopy!
The failsafe should kick in this evening and everyone who checked-in yesterday should get a free check-in for today before midnight 
Any problems please let me know in this chat tomorrow onwards and I'll manually award any missing points.

Kelsey I'm still ignorant of all of this as I use a laptop. Are we going to have these extra points available for laptop users at some point please?

It's annoying when you're near the end of the month & miss one & have to start again
I got my daily points yesterday, but nothing for today. I have checked all 3 broadcasts today....no bonus points included in any. I had a full run this month... will lose all those points 
Yeah this happened to me too
But you need to go back to the daily 3 broadcasts again as they do appear! Best to always double or triple check!!

Lynibis As a laptop user I don't know anything about this either but apparently phone users (?) get extra points for clicking something daily?!?!
I'm getting a "something went wrong" message on today's daily bonus point claim. Does anyone else have the same?
DebbieJack13973 i just managed to claim it no problems but sometimes get the “something went wrong” for other things. I usually just restart the app
DebbieJack13973 yeah it says that for me too and says I’ve claimed the points which I haven’t as the points history will say so..

Did this happen again 3 days ago (Day 24)? as I checked all three deal round-ups and I couldn't see the option to click for them So I've had to start from scratch again.
SilverRose ready it happened to me recently too, can't remember which day exactly but checked all 3 deals and nothing there so I've reset 
SkyUK What day are you on now? I've just collected Day 2. I checked on here a couple of times to see if anyone else had had the problem but it doesn't seem so?
SkyUK That's good to know, it wasn't just me, I wasn't on the my pc yesterday and couldn't seem to find this chat on my phone. So I thought I'd check today as it's annoying when you get that far
SilverRose personally I wish it would automatically just give you a tick if you have loaded at least 2 of the 3 daily broadcasts. I assume it is meant to reward regular users, and although I fall for it and want the extra few points, I used to enjoy the app more before this was introduced, so an automated way seems a good compromise of encouraging usage whilst not taking our time and effort specifially for it? Just my thoughts
SkyUK I think the one shared 10 hours was shared twice by mistake? So we missed the morning one as there is a glitch
SilverRose to be honest I don't try and keep up with it anymore as I find it frustrating. I check the app every day, but if I miss a day - especially after a decent streak - I find it frustrating, so am a bit more about it now
SkyUK I don't have time to look at them all. I'm connected to 4 different WhatsApp Chats, plus it's on here & the Black Friday App & on Telegram. It's too much for me now, I don't even look at half of it now.
Hi l get a broadcast notice by my picture which l always click on but how do l get daily points bonus from it please. Thank you 
Pinkspirit you have to scroll right down to the bottom of each broadcast, and one out of the three (randomly) has a yellow button saying 'collect points' or something. I can see why they introduced it, but it's frustrating when you have a streak but forget to click the button even though you've looked at the broadcasts

Because it was Black Friday I believe extra broadcasts went out on Friday/this weekend.
It looks like the first broadcast sent that day may have included the ability to check-in and so if you opened the app only once (late at night) you'd have unfortunately missed the first broadcast (with only the most recent three showing in-app - although all broadcasts are available via notification).
It isn't our intent to "hide" check-ins this way - which broadcast includes it is entirely random - but can very rarely occur if we send an extra broadcast and the system chooses the very first one for it to be included.

By happy coincidence we are currently exploring if there are perhaps better/alternative ways to implement the app check-in. Unfortunately no timeline on it at the moment but we are considering lots of things, including it being based on usage rather than requiring an active click
