No Suitcase Required with Japan Airlines

In the News

There is no weighing or measuring suitcases with japan airlines, or rip off prices , you leave them at home and simply rent your outfits from them for your vacation , then return them on departure where they are collected at your hotel

The only downside is that some are pre owned, so you might not want to try this with underwear

Not a good idea in my opinion. Most people like the fun of buying clothes especially for their holiday and who wants to have to give your clothes size to an airline/hotel? What happens if the size they provide doesn't fit, so many manufacturers cut clothes differently, some are generous with sizings and others definitely aren't!

That’s ridiculous, they won’t stock the clothes I like or combinations of outfits with jewellery and scarves let alone shoes.

Pjran I think the worst part of it is the clothes can be second hand P

Not for my would prefer to have my own personal things , but honestly don't really see the point in this for the majority of travellers. as they charge to rent and deliver the clothes anyway, so you may as well just pay the baggage fees at the airport and take your own. Good idea if your luggage is lost or you want a certain item whilst on holiday and forgot to pack it I suppose.

Mango4 Yes thats one possible scenario where you could use it M , but you have to book the service a month in advance, so you would have to anticipate losing your clothes

Yeah don’t think this will take off really, as others have said you want your own clothes to feel comfortable especially on holiday
