I have had all the 3 notifications of deals today but none of them show that you can claim your daily points for viewing etc. Has anyone else noticed this today?

MartinJarvis I've just emailed them. Shame as I'm going to bed now as I've been up since 04.30

MartinJarvis just checked and it says that I've claimed zero days in a row . Not fair as it's not my fault
Same here checked all 3 several times and nothing came up. All seems to suggest bonus points not available for the roundups took some screenshots
MartinJarvis hopefully! Restarted my phone and signed in and out but still no luck.
anonymousbuyer I have never seen this notice before on the Latestdeals site. Is this for mobile phone users? I use my laptop to view Latestdeals.
I think the issue today was 4 round ups were sent not yet usual three - can those not getting the points check the Amazon Quick prime day one sent around 11 and the one sent around 12 to see if that helps? Thank you

emmabeckz the link directed me to Notifications. Is there a particular way to access Broadcasts? Sadly too late and not showing up when I checked - only showed the lastest 3 threads
emmabeckz it's too late now still only showing 3 broadcasts and has reverted back to zero no continuous points updates therefore we have all lost points this month
Good morning everyone! I apologise that the extra early broadcast yesterday (Monday 10th July) for Amazon Prime Day may have meant you missed the opportunity to check-in.

We do send extra one's from time to time on special days like Prime Day and Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc so please check every time you get a notification or see the megaphone symbol on your notifications. We never want anyone to miss out so I have given you all some extra bonus points by way of an apology. We have just sent an early one so make sure you check that. Any more issues please let me know. emmabeckz problem is that there are much higher bonus points later on in the month, I claimed every single day last month and a few of the bonuses were 70/80, which I won't receive now as the counter is reset to 0 consecutive days

I've done the calculations pre-coffee this morning but I think the bonus points awarded should make up more than the difference lost but please shout if you think my maths is wrong
I've double checked and the check-in was available in the first broadcast of the day yesterday but I appreciate it was slightly unusual in that there were 4 rather than 3 broadcasts. If your routine is to perhaps check in the evening the last 3 broadcasts I can certainly understand why it may have been missed!
We want the check-in experience to be fun and rewarding which is why Emma has kindly manually added bonus points to everyone who missed out!
I'll also think about ways in which we can improve the messaging so people don't get caught out in the future

I don't understand this post but that is probably because it's to do with the app and I am thick. However, I am having difficulties myself today.
Firstly someone reported a deal as expired but when I checked it was not. I was sent a notification that I needed to take action. Surely it is easier for the mods to click on the deal and discount the report if wrong?
Then I posted a competition by Stuff which was a survey for £100 Amazon voucher. There were no images so the Stuff banner showed, again removed until I managed to find an Amazon voucher image on google, then congrats your comp is live. Now, a 4th notification saying it has been removed for a reason I don't understand and something about surveys on chat! I have never seen survey comps posted on chat. To be honest I think I will give up today
I could not get my points yesterday and all my points have been lost for the month. It has taken me back to 0 points. I think I've lost over 100 points.
I missed the early broadcast with the bonus points too, as I only tend to check in the evening.
