How Often Do You Change Your Bedding?

I usually do it twice a month but more often if it is really warm and we have been sweating or one of us has been sick.

Weekly normally at the weekend tk get it dry

At least once a week. During summer months probably every 3/4 days due to it being hotter

I change mine every 7-10 days. More often if I've been sweating a lot in the heat or been ill

Doesn't everyone change their bedding on a weekly basis? I can't imagine how dirty I would feel if I left it any longer!

We charge our twice a week in summer, and once a week in winter

I don't change it personally but my wife does it once a week and cleans the mattress

Our bedding is always changed once a week, even better if it's washed and put back on the bed the same day.

Weekly. I don't think I would be able to keep it on longer than a week

I used to change it once a week but recently I change it about every ten days. We go away a lot so does not need changing as much. My daughter will always wash and change it when we are away. No rush to get it all dried.

I can’t change my bedding easily, so I do it every 2-3 weeks depending on assistance.

Weekly for me. No set day really, just when weather is good outside so it doesn’t fill my washing basket up

Once a week partner changes the bedding

I don’t change bedding at all these days but my get fresh bedding every fortnight. Not weekly anymore.

Mid week & weekends. I have to have clean bedding. I couldn't go more than a week. Can't beat fresh bedding.

Every wk, usually on a Monday unless I find the weathers to be great at weekend and I’ll do it then rather than wait to Monday. Love to get my bedding out on the washing line

Depends, sometimes everty two weeks other times more than that, just depends as half of time either my self or partner are at work overnight

Weekly for me if weather nice will do it twice cant go more than a week without washing it, I’d do it every day if I had the energy love a fresh washed bed

I wash our bedding weekly usually on the weekend. In the summer i will wash it on a Wednesday usually because bedding can get sweaty from us sleeping in the heat.

Depends on the circumstances, if I need to change it I do if not I wait a few weeks..

Half of week I'm at work overnight & sometimes my partner is at work overnight so bed not used!
