While People Were under Lockdown, They Were Having a Party

In the News

Social distance, we'll get through together, no one is safe until everyone is safe, etc. That's what they kept telling us, but while the public was locked in their homes as per the govt, they were having a party. 🤮

This poor little boy died during the Covid 2020 restrictions which the people (they don't deserve to be called parents or guardians) tortured him to death:

RIP. There were other cases similar to his, but this is the one most remember.

Makes me feel sick to think of all those people who died alone, while this bunch of clowns were doing this.

Totally out of order and all the more reason to question anything they say or do in the future even more. Most of us were very gullible during that period and believed what they said without question. This was however three years ago now,so I think its time to put all this behind us and move on.

Lynibis I really like Jordan Patterson. Could listen to him all day. I often find myself agreeing with him. If you haven't already check out his podcast with Stephen Fry.

Glitterandgold I will, thank you for that. If you look at my chat on Piers Morgan there is a link to a debate with him and Douglas Murray regarding the perverse concert of Sam Smith. He gave a great put down to a young guy who was defending Smith.

I could also listen to Jordan for hours, he makes so much sense and is an extremely eloquent speaker.

Lynibis Yes, iv seen that before. That Douglas guy was brilliant. Have to admit tho I can't take to Piers. Loves the sound of his own voice!. Here is the link to Jordan & Stephen. It's remarkable watching 2 grown ups with opposite views having a respectable chat & being open to the others point of view. Neither trying to out do the other. Enjoy! There's other debates online of them too about.

I think their behaviour was disgusting and vile. They should all be named and shamed and certainly should not be recieving honours.

Each one of them should be named and removed from parliament.

That poor little boy, all this abuse went unnoticed during lockdown, so so sad 😞

They have caused so much harm to our society. It is a good job that most people did what was best for others. I would rather be in lockdown than at one of their parties.

It's awful. The stress of the pandemic on us was awful. Yes I loved lock down as it forced us to slow down and spend quality time with my own family. I was on zero hour contract and ended up earning £50 a week. Going into work for lunch duty was lovely as I spent time with a small number of kids but it was scary as I didn't want to bring in corona or bring it home. Same as when schools went back. Having to ring my boss in my 2nd job to ask if I could go in because my 1st job had corona in the class I'd been in. Having a child tell you that his parent is vulnerable and you are working close with them. Not a nice feeling given that you are aware you in multiple classrooms and different schools across a school day. Therefore have a high chance of carrying something and be the one to pass it on

I had many questions during the pandemic, i never truely bought it was as bad as they said, but like most we followed the rules as best as could as to not infect anyone. Like many we had loved ones that we never got to say goodbye too. To keep hearing & seeing that they just carried on usual whilst preaching to us everynight. Infuriating!!! I hope everyone remembers on voting day. I will.

Trust The Daily Mi**** to bring this up more than 3 years later. That's one of the reasons I stopped buying their ripped off price and hardly any pages newspaper. Stale news, and anti Tory.

jam45 Most if not all of this anti Tory stuff is coming from within the party itself. That latest video was clearly filmed openly from someone at the party itself who clearly has a score to settle. If you were one of those who lost someone to covid during lockdown this is not stale news. The quicker the conservative party tears itself apart the better for the country

This news story, brought back a lot of anger, like a lot of people I abidded by the rules and I was really angry about partygate.

To find out how widespread the partying was, when they basically cancelled Christmas that year, there are no words ....

Imagine defending a video like this while everyone was locked down, you have to be a special kind of stupid 😂

Ofc it’s completely out of order but how many people are actually surprised by this. The wording of the justification says it all, they are in a position of power so they can do what they want.

If any normal person breaks a rule they are punished (even for something as innocent as driving in a bus lane accidentally) but those up at the top break rules knowingly and just say oh yeah i made a mistake and we all just have to accept that.

How come these people are given the benefit of the doubt but yet when any of us make an innocent mistake we aren’t given any leeway at all.

jms19 I agree - how many people are actually surprised by this...! Speaks to their elitist attitude, ego and lack of conscience.
