Have you not contacted them again? Use the email you gave your address on. It happened to me and I had to write twice (both times I had a polite reply) and then finally got it.

e mail them and tell them so. I have chased after missing prizes and got them.Always worth a try.

I've no idea how many prizes I've had to chase; sometimes I've had to email several times. There's only been a few prizes I've had to give up on in 7 years of comping. Send them an email to chase it up.

compingonly yeah if you’re going to go to the effort of entering you might as well put the effort in to nag a bit to get your prize

langtondavid it is always wise to keep all emails, correspondence until you have received your prize. I have a folder for this purpose and immediately move any emails to it so I don't accidentally delete. Even if you do you can move it back to inbox from the trash.

Email then about it. They might have sent it out but delivery is slow. I've often waited a month for a prize as it states 28 days. I've had to chase up a few prizes. Email them and then if it still doesn't show up in 10 days, email them again.

What a shame that has happened, it takes the shine off the winning doesn't it.

I would say I have to chase up around 50% of competition prizes I've won.

Weirdly, when you contact them to ask where it is and when it's likely to arrive it miraculously turns up a day or two later.

As usual you have to chase them with numerous emails, some companies are great, others are terrible

If you have kids you will know the strength of pester power, but you're an adult so pester politely. Write to them, two or three times if you have to. Save the letter on your laptop or photocopy it. Then just write 'Just a little reminder' at the top when you send the second or third. Good Luck - hope you get the prize you won.

Most prizes don't come directly from the company, they mostly use an agent to arrange the delivery etc

The one or two times i have had a problem not receiving one i had to contact the agent, who then blamed the company for not supplying the prize on time

This happened with a samsung mobile i won on twitter , i was one of two winners so i private mailed the other winner, and she said she was also still waiting for hers , then we both e mailed the provider at the same time, and a week later we both got our phones

I think the bigger the company the longer you will wait , but i have never not received a prize in all the years i have been comping , but then i am like a dog with a bone, i never give up 😉
