Could Puppy Yoga Be the next Big Thing?

Ask a Question

So it’s very, very expensive. And not available in the UK yet...But OMG the puppies are adorable. And there certainly are psychological benefits to having them running around a yoga class. Haha bring it on

It might be, but you can always opt for Bunny Yoga - https://www.sunberryfitness.com/bunny-yoga/ or Piglet Yoga instead - https://www.facebook.com/events/302985340614232/. There are so many fads in fitness classes it's kind of ridiculous. People can get bored very quickly and are always looking for something new.

aw all so very cute! Yes people are fickle - they just need a fitness class to focus on, as the animals serve as a distraction...although all that cuteness does help with the motivation...and perhaps people in such classes bond better with the animals around, as they will already share a love for animals 😊

Would I achieve the same results if I did yoga in the living room and let my dog run around?

Lol perhaps, but I guess they’re using puppies as they are more distracting, particularly to those who don’t have pets

hspexy very true. Plus I would rather spend the hour sleeping than doing yoga, think my dog would too!
