Can Anyone Recommend a Good Eye Cream for Dark Circles?

Recently I've noticed that the dark circles under my eyes are getting worse. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an eye cream/gel/Serum etc that could help with dark circles. I don't want to spend a fortune, ideally less than £20. Or if anyone knows of any other ways to reduce dark circles I'm all ears.

Vitamin deficiencies that are associated with dark circles include vitamins E, D, K vitamin, A, and B12. In addition to that, iron deficiency is also a root cause of dark circles so maybe try taking some vitamins first

Leannexxx I already take vitamins daily, which have all those vitamins you stated and there is iron in them too. Maybe need to try ones with a higher percentage in them

Leannexxx I checked the back of my vitamins and it had 100% iron, so I doubt it is an iron deficiency that is causing it. Will need to look into other vitamins

Leannexxx my mum doesn't seem to have any dark circles and she is in her 70s, I must ask her what her secret is

Just seen this which may be of use:-Dark circles may happen due to fatigue or as a natural sign of aging. If you find them bothersome, you can try reducing their appearance with cold compresses, tea bags, cucumber slices, skin-lightening cream, or treatment from a dermatologist.

Suffered all my life with dark circles, I’ve tried every cream out there, nothing works for me personally. I notice if I don’t drink enough water the day before they are worse the next day. And a good concealer - again tried many budgets - but Nars and probably my favourite low budget Boots Collection especially are the best ones I’ve tried. Otherwise I don’t believe there is much you can do except minimise with products , drink water and exercise or get some kind of treatment at a specialist clinic which lasts about a year. And will cost lots.

NewLife I won't be getting any kind of treatment at a clinic, even if I could afford it! I already drink plenty of water and exercise.

I don't wear make up, can you wear concealer on its own?

Are you getting enough sleep? Drink plenty of water. You can use a jade roller but not too close to the eyes. Maybe look into boots £10 Tuesdays offers for eye creams.

Nadiaparveen I get 8 or 9 hours sleep each night, sometimes more on the weekends. I already drink of plenty of water.

I think it might just be my imagination as I got ID'd yesterday when buying painkillers for my mother in law.

Have you considered makeup to camouflage the circles? YSL touché eclat covers my rosacea so I’m sure it will help with your eyes.

Pjran I don't wear makeup, I haven't worn makeup for about 6 years. I don't really want to apply a full face of makeup I the morning, I simply don't have time. I would consider concealer if I was able to wear it by itself.

MrsCraig it’s not foundation it’s just a light concealer that you only need to apply sparingly.
