Yeah the days of having to stay away seem to be over. Most places don’t even test anymore and if you get covid and choose to stay off it will count as a sick day i think

Same as any other contagious illness, you should stay home/minimise contact with people not to pass it on. If applicable (obviously isn’t for everyone) work from home.

Our work place treats it much as the same as any other cold/flu type illness, if you are well enough to come in then do so, if you are really unwell with it then phone in sick.

eyeballkerry retail/trade counter sales. But you should follow the rules of what your employer gives you. Do they pay sick? How do they know you have COVID?. I don't test anymore and have not for a while, if I don't test I can't have a test that shows I'm positive. My work don't require me to test

Some people choose not to come in and that's fine as I can understand they don't want to infect the vulnerable. Some will still go to work because bills to pay I guess

Work in education. We no longer have to test. Can go in but it's probably going round as no one tests. Treating it like a cold or flu

That's still a thing? They got rid of it almost everywhere I've seen, thankfully.

Covid= Stay off work 5 days meaning you lose first 3 days pay...SO WRONG We are Support Workers & a

Colleague had symptoms, tested at home other week came up negative, I worked with her on my birthday even!

On the Friday she came to work & took a test, had to go home, the service users ended up with it but no bad affects as both vaccinated fully. I have been looking after these,at one time we would get a bit extra for doing so NOT now, worked on my own sometimes as we were short staffed cos of Covid..

My other colleague now has it,had bad headaches & really bad pains in her legs...
