Can Somebody Explain What You Can Do To Appeal Against Lost Points Please?

I'm at rather a loss, I've had to report one of my Competitions because I think it's wrong that I had points deducted and I've just had to report a Voucher of mine that has just been taken off with no explanation at all, I have tried to get to the actual 'office' of the team in the past but I seem to get blocked by people who pick up the reports first, I used to tag Emma but she doesn't even reply now, especially after I complained to her that I thought it wrong that my Marmite freebie was taken off, she said although it said competitions and giveaways on their website, giveaways were not freebies they were competitions!
Yesterday I tagged Tom in desperation but no luck there either, it takes so much time on this site, finding things, posting things, going through the endless notifications of peoples comments just to earn a few points but when I need some backup, it's nowhere to be found! I'm losing heart so any help would be appreciated thanks x
This has happened to me before, i just sent them a message on the contact us section and the next day i think i had my points back, hope this helps for you
You surely can't be serious ? It's what 100 points ! Chill ☺. There are members on this site fleecing 500 points a day by deliberately posting non deals and vouchers and I dare say clicking a few likes shamelessly ! Each and every day for months ,probably years on end .
Just post a couple of non deals tomorrow as the majority of members on here do every single day , Points back , pride restored and you are only doing what most members shamelessly do daily .
It's not about points but the fact that she actually took some effort to post these things and they were taken off unfairly without much explanation, yet you see lots of non deals or freebies that are not really freebies floating around this page and even if you report them, they still remain...
Feel for you,it always seems to happen over something you have put extra effort into in my case, not sure what to advise other than as Stevo says try the contact area if you have patience to talk to the bot for a while...
I always get a notification about why something has been removed. So either someone else has already shared it, someone marked it as expired or it didn't meet the guidelines. Its strange that they were removed without saying why.
It is annoying when it takes time and effort. I would try the contact us page. There are over a million members and only a small team dealing with a lot of different things so might just take them a little bit longer than normal.

I'm sorry no one has responded to you - tagging people in the comments often gets missed and you need to use the contact form
I rarely post deals or vouchers now as is frustrating when, for example, it takes half a day for the deal to go live (by that time probably oos). The deal gets vetted and deemed not suitable only to find a day later someone else has posted the deal. So not worth the trouble of putting lots of effort in now as invariably they never see the light of day and wastes ones time. Shame really as other than that a cracking deal site
Maybe try rereading site rules before next post if it keeps happening you might simply need to change how you do things a little.
