BBC Sports Personality of the Year

In the News

Mary Earps. So well deserved and so humble with it.

I also think she is the best Womens goalkeeper in the world.

Well done!

Box ticking at its finest.

Everyone saw this coming a mile off, so at least I made a few quid off the bookie.

TheChimp Lucky you. I've never heard of her before. But next time I will go the the bookies and place a bet on a "woke" candidate. Lesson learned.

What did she do exactly 🤔, it obvious that this was the BBC's woke agenda at it's finest , probably forwarded by Gary linekar 🙄

davey184 what about Leon Edwards, UFC welterweight champion of the world, including 2 title defences this year, he was a much more worthy contender/winner

I turned on the tv and was surprised that personalities of the year was on as it’s usually on a Sunday. I just voted for Mary Earps in time. Pleased she won, well done 👍

Congratulations to her but in the past when I watched the program found it incredibly tedious to watch and now I don't have a TV license I'm certainly not missing this show.

Cant say I watch it but I am amused by all the people (Piers Moran especially) complaining all about it. As for the people complaining about the BBC pushing a woke agenda - the award is by a public vote.

didbygraham Yeah, but how many voted? 15000? An absolute joke.
