Cooking Christmas dinner isn’t the problem but plating up is. There will be 8 of us. Any tips for it not to go cold while plating? Only small galley kitchen with one electric oven. So tight for space. Is it better to plate veg or buffet serve?
Could you not get one of those heat things that keeps the food hot with the containers and maybe plug in in a spare room or something?
