Has anyone been watching this series on the BBC ?
If not I would highly recommend it, I initially watched it as I am from Port Talbot and I like seeing scenes set in places I recognise. But I was hooked. The murders took place in 1973, I was 6, so didnt remember them, but when I started to go out in Swansea, when I was 18 with friends, my Mum was always worried that we had a way to get home and always cited these murders.
I watched it. I always feel bad to say I enjoyed a series if it is true life murders etc. I would rather say I thought it was a good watch and told me about an event I hadn't heard of, despite being an adult at the time.
Lynibis I am always fascinated by the amount of police/lab work that goes on behind the scenes and how budget comes into it.
But I know what you mean, I much prefer my crime to be fictional as you never want to dwell on the real evil in the world
