In the Style - Do Their Clothing Sizes Run Small??

I don’t know if this is allowed, so it’s ok if it’s deleted…
But I have a genuine question about In The Styles clothing. Does it run small? I bought a few things recently (my normal size), and none of it fits. I’d say about 3 sizes too small. I’m not someone that isn’t aware of their size and buying too small and squeezing into stuff.
I got the stuff on sale, so I’m not too worried - I will just gift to a friend that I know will be able to wear them.
Its put me off putting another order in. I like the style, colours and material. But not knowing if I should order 3 sizes up or not is putting me off.
I've found that some of their items are small sized. Like you I know what size I am and even when I order online from other places that size fits. I definitely find that In The Style runs small.
MrsCraig thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve never had this problem with shopping online anywhere else. I read up some reviews and some people said the same. They said returns were a nightmare, so I don’t think I’ll order again. It’s a pity, because I really like the clothes - but I don’t want to have to order multiple sizes to try and find the right one
PayItForward I've stopped buying from them because of the sizing issues. I just sold the items on as it was easier than returning them. It's a shame as they have some lovely clothes but need to get their sizings sorted out.
MrsCraig hopefully they will listen to feedback and get it sorted out. I’m going to send an email to them (not horrible or anything, just honest feedback). I will keep an eye on reviews over the next few months to see if anything changes and maybe go back to them
Personally with in the style I've always sized up by 1. And that usually works for me . I feel like most online shops are like that. As I have to do the same with shops like shein and I saw it first
SalmaS i bought two skirts and a beach dress. In fairness, i can get the beach dress on - it’s not as loose as I’d like it, so I would need a size bigger for it. But the two skirts are at least two sizes too small, maybe three. I haven’t shopped with shein for clothes, but I did hear that which stopped me buying with them. I don’t care what size the label says as long as it fits. I just wish that the online shops provided the waist measurements and that way you’d know what size to buy
I’ve never ordered but have liked their stuff, I’m petite so always struggle with sizing so info above has helped . Thankyou think I’ll steer clear.
