Do You Suffer from 'Popcorn' Brain ?

In the News

No, it's got nothing to do with sitting in the cinema munching on popcorn

It's a condition a lot of people suffer from and don't realise it

You might get distracted from the matter in hand , you could be on social media and neglect that important thing you should be sorting out due to a lack of focus

You could be feeling mentally exhausted , lose interest in others or lacking concentration when in conversation

These are some of the symptoms

Also suffering headaches and eye strains and feeling lonely or feeling sad are more signs

The experts say to counteract these feelings and symptoms you should spend less time on social media, exercise more and keep the mind active with puzzles and have more intellectual conversation with friends

I’m not mentally exhausted but when I’m chatting I forget words eg this morning I couldn’t remember the word treadmill! So I had to describe how to use it.
