Has anyone got something but then wanted to return the item, their 100% happiness guarantee offers money back with receipt.

If no receipt they give back the amount of gift card with a 25% off voucher of their stores own branded products.

Just wanted to ask if anyone had a similar problem and was able to get a gift card of the value back and also with the money off voucher too?

I asked online and they said visit a store and see if it can be sorted out.
