If There's an Ill 'Wind' a Brisk Walk Will Help

Other

I know the article refers to a bodily function and the subject can bring amusement, but i think the message is quite important

Health experts are telling us to take a short walk after our evening meals to disperse any excess wind

It not only helps to keep the weight downby exercising but helps people with diabetes 2 to reduce their glucose levels

But a word of warning, keep your distance from the person in front of you

I do go for a walk after eating and i do find that it helps my stomach to digest it. I sleep a lot better when i do this.

jms19 Yes i knew about this before the article J, i take the dog for a walk every night , rain or shine, moonshine that is , and i can fall asleep within 5 minutes of going to bed if i want

Also a cold shower helps with sleep too and other medical benefits , if you can stand it
