Do You Think Lucy Letby is Guilty ?

Can't quite make my mind up on this one.Whether it's some sort of corporative cover up or whether she actually is.Either way it's heinous.

Honestly don't know coz we will never know all of the evidence or what's a coincidence

Ive just had to look up the story as don’t know her or never heard the story. If true then it’s disgusting

Difficult to say, it must be horrible for the victims families, there is a number of documentaries coming out about this case, something I will watch

I think part of the problem is she doesn't fit the profile of a murderer visually

If she was more hideous and crazy looking then people might doubt less , but she looks so innocent in all the photos posted by the media

Plus its hard to get around the fact she was a childrens nurse in a respected hospital , 'the countess of chester'

Saying that you only have to remember Harold Shipman, a respected doctor who killed his elderly patients, he did not fit the profile either

I thought some of the evidence against her, that they went on about a lot, was flimsy. The papers and news talked a lot about her notes where she wrote “i killed them” but i thought maybe it was a natural reaction to feel responsible as they were in her care.

However due to the sheer number of victims and similarities with their deaths, i do believe she is guilty, or is one of the most unlucky people in history to have that sort of thing happen to her so many times

Yeah I do think she's guilty. Though I don't know why they are dragging it up again. It's not OK

Unfortunately I think she is guilty from what I have heard about the case. It’s scary that you can get some really nasty bad apples in the nhs. I’ve come across a few but not actual murderers. Some people can just look innocent and play on it.

Yes. She's guilty.

I don't know if she is guilty as I don't have a understanding of all the evidence but I certainly hope she is guilty given the prison time she will have to endure and her life as it was being destroyed. When I was younger I had a lot more faith in the courts but not quite as much nowadays.

I normally stick with the prospect of justice and the person being innocent before guilty but I also trust my instincts and my instincts say she is guilty . If it was down to sheer bad luck she was on the shifts when these poor babies were put through such harrowing circumstances then the work environment in the time that she was arrested and tried would still highlight these still happening after the person who is suspected has been taken out of the equation . This case is surely unique and certainly not straight forward and its highlighted by how long the court case took to complete and I am 100% certain she is guilty .

I remember reading in the newspapers that she refused to face the judge for her sentencing. That sounds like guilt to me.

For some reason I just think yeah guilty. Not sure if that is because the type of crime and we need someone to blame. If she is guilty- then how many more deaths might she be responsible for ? I cant imagine having to sit on the jury and hear all the sad details. I have only done jury duty once and that was in the coroner’s court - I heard enough then - so to have to listen about babies - I’m not sure I could have done it. I suppose we are somewhat shielded out here in TV land. Just so so sad

Admittedly haven't kept up with the details, but wasn't she the only one on duty for each death? Seems suspect enough for me
