Did I Receive a False Advertising on a BOGOF Toothbrush Offer?

Ask a Question

having picked up a pack of 2 toothbrushes bogof was told no you can’t have another pack of 2 the free one was in the pack with just 2 toothbrushes inside when it clearly says 1 pk +1 pack free on the shelf ,

is this correct ?

1pk+1pk Free means just that.Unless two packs are taped together as one.

If you buy one Item and Its BOGOF then Its two Items you pick up. If you can show us all what you picked up via a picture then things will be a little clearer. Maybe they were stuck together ? Not sure.

You'd need to show us a picture of what you bought, was it something like this :- www.savers.co.uk/Toiletries/Dental-Care/Manual-Toothbrushes/Wisdom-Regular-Plus-Medium-Twin-Pack/p/9335

This says buy one brush get one free, the free brush is already oin the pack or did it say buy one pack get one free?
