Trying to Send an Attachment Thats Too Big HELP !

I’m trying to send a photo of a document via a website but each time I try I get an error message saying attachment too big Max is 2 mb (I think!). I am not at all tech savvy so if anyone could tell me how to make a photo smaller so I can send my document I would be very grateful.

nipperjwb Yes, I think so. All you have to do is upload the image, than download the new resized one.

If the document is a photo or picture beware you may lose picture quality if you shrink the size of the file.

Rather than make the photo smaller (losing quality) it is might be better to send it as a file via a site that transfers large files. Although I've not sent a large file to anyone else (I was contemplating sending a video file to another YouTube user) and this site https://www.filemail.com/ enabled me to send a large video file from one of my email accounts to another so I know it works.

There are many similar sites - most are free. The one above is very easy to use.

There are other ways - if you get stuck just ask.

(I know you said VIA a website - if you meant TO a website, then it will almost definitely be necessary for the picture to be made smaller)

Thank you for your help. I’ve been able to do it now. I had to send it via a website but all done now. Documents sent and received
