Lol UK rank high as having minging public toilets. What do orople think. Agree? Some of the ones in my town centre are vile. Ones in particular on a Saturday night used to be horrendous around 8pm. Flooded and god knows what on the walls by the kids that hung out there.

I don’t think cleaning public toilets are high priority with councils. Why oh why do people spread excrement?
Personally I have given up using them where possible. I plan my day knowing what facilities I’m prepared to use. Normally supermarkets, cafes and pubs or hotels where they still have some level of cleaning/ supplies. There aren’t many left anyway.
I’d agree with this tbh, a lot of our public toilets are rank. I don’t understand why people think it’s acceptable to not clean up their own excrement and leave the toilets in such a state
Where I live it a case of finding a public toilet , the council has closed so many. Toilets in supermarkets are normally pretty good thou .
I'm not surprised there really nasty in my local ones to be honest I try my Very best to avoid using them
Can't have been to France then. We travelled to several towns surrounding where we were staying and they were awful. And Dubrovnik was a hole in the ground with the floor covered in pee, very disgusting when trousers down and hems soaking in it!
I haven't used one for decades for this reason. Most London ones have closed down. If out during the day, I just make sure I know where the nearest department stores with toilets are as they tend to be clean enough
