Good afternoon all
I have just noticed that all four items under 'saved posts' have changed and are now shown as lists rather than the old grid system and it doesn't seem possible to change it back.
At the same time my 'entered comps' do not show in the general list of comps (I have been into settings to make sure that they hadn't changed and it does say that I should see them) although they are viewable under the 'entered comps' section.
I am assuming that this is a glitch due to an update and hopefully normal service will be resumed....

tumblespots Hey We just recently added creating your first chat topic as a new item on our "points checklist". We felt it a bit unfair that all existing active members of chat wouldn't get to complete it too so when people who have shared a topic in chat share one again, they get the checklist item complete and the bonus points too
I just tried to post a deal without any success. All the wording disappears?! - Just checked under the deal section and both times I tried it and seemingly failed, but both were actually posted...

Thanks for the quick feedback.
There has indeed been an update causing a few teething issues.
A lot of code has changed but, if I recall, no functionality changes. So likely anything you spot is unintentional. Please do continue to share and I'll get all the fixes sorted asap. Sorry these have crept through our testing process!

Hi everyone - sorry for the problems - a new website update has gone live and it'll be a bit of a bumpy landing. We're working to smooth out the bumps as fast as possible! Behind-the-scenes for a bunch of reasons we've had to re-code almost the whole site, so whilst the intention is for it all to look and feel exactly the same, it will have some initial kinks!
When you open the 'rate' page it used to update the countdown time. Now the time is staying the same until you refresh the page.
tumblespots Thank you! This is hopefully fixed (you may need to refresh a few times until you're on the new version of the website!)
Kelsey I have just done another rate which worked just fine.
The only query I still have with it is that whilst waiting for the countdown to the rate time the counter counting down to that doesn't ever change. Even though I did the rate in a new window the original window still says 2 minutes to go (I opened it 2 mintues early) and I completed it 4 or 5 minutes ago.
I just did a 'rate'. It didn't do the countdown from 25 down to the point where it awards the points correctly. But, it did actually get there.

Glad that you mentioned this - I noticed the change of grid to list view too (I prefer grid) but figured there was a glitch somewhere that would eventually be corrected or that at least we would be able to change it back manually
Consumer Yes, as you can see from the above comments there are a few glitches at the moment. I expect it is a hive of activity at LD HQ and hopefully everything will be back to business as usual soon.

Consumer Hey We accidentally were ignoring people's preferences. This should now be fixed.
If it isn't working yet please try refreshing a few times or clearing cache to make sure you're on the latest version of the website.
And you should be able to force grid view everywhere by updating your settings from the "Default" view to "Grid" if you haven't already (by default some pages show in list view and others grid)
I used to have a list view and now have got a grid, and no entered button. As other people now have a list, how do I get that please?
tumblespots keep refreshing things are coming back slowly - my "grid" is back...
I am still having a problem when I post a deal (I haven't tried posting anything else) in that it clears all the content but actually posts the deal anyway.

Sorry about this - I've found the bug and a fix is going live at the moment
JoTarpley Mine did that yesterday too but it is fine this morning although I did find another glitch with the vouchers.
When you type the voucher code in, if it has already been used it says 'Sorry, it looks like this code has been shared before' but no opportunity to check the original post. Kelsey

I have just tried to redeem my voucher and it wonβt let me. Also it wonβt let me look at retailers. Everything seems to have slowed down when I comment.
I have noticed that the rate, whilst working and giving points, isn't completely normal.
When you open it ready for a rate it tells you you have xx minutes to go and this time doesn't ever change. Thanks very much Kelsey
I just posted a Freebie, only I thought it hadn't posted as I had red lettering at the bottom of the screen saying, Something went wrong. Please check above for errors, but luckily, because of the updating problems yesterday, I thought to open another window and check, and it had actually posted! Thanks x
Another little glitch is that when I adjust the settings to take out the expired posts, I can still see them. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at this when you have a minute please. Thanks Kelsey

I went into settings and changed them so that I don't get the expired posts.
When I search in the deals page I still get expired posts and when I search my own posted items I still get the expired posts there too. I haven't tried anywhere else. So sorry about this, I know you must be busy.
