You typically redeem the gift card to the account (Amazon, Sainsbury's, ASDA, M&S, etc), that belongs to, or use it in store.

I have used an egift card in Tesco,m&s, b&m with no issues. Use on self checkouts or show the staff member the code to type in. The b&m gift card did not update the balance but the others have

kate1310 I think most evouchers last a year from the last transaction but do double check with who's supplying it and on the card/voucher information

kate1310 I don't use the cashapp thing so can't really comment but I imagine it would be the same. If using self checkouts it may come under voucher or gift card depending the type but should either scan or type in

You can use egift cards at the checkout, either manned or self service. Just show them the egift card and they will scan it or you scan it yourself. The vouchers should last a year from when you claimed them.

kate1310 vouchers from the cashback app are used in the same way. No need to worry about being embarrassed, they know what they are doing. Have the brightness up on your phone when using the vouchers, that's the only issue I've ever found.
