Do You Still Use Food Cashback Apps?
Other
How many of you still use cashback apps such as greenjin, checkout smart and shopmium?
I've uninstalled checkout smart because I just haven't been using it and they'd actually emailed to basically say use the app or lose your account
I used to use greenjin regularly and shopmium somewhat in the beginning.
Today I opened the shopmium app and noticed my last rebate was January 2022 yikes!! ..but I did see they have some good offers on and my cashback submission for a Pepsi Max 500ml just got approved so happy days
Remember to use them at least once every few months or they may close your account down due to inactivity
Personally never used this sort of thing cause usually the items on offer aren’t something i would buy and i think it be counterproductive as it would actually result in me spending more
I still use all 3 of the ones you listed. Shopmium has had the most appealing offers for me recently.
They also do quite regular extras such as:
- a birthday freebie (box of chocolates)
- bonus cash for being a gold member
- bonus cash for making x-amount of redemptions
snoogans888 I love Shopmium for their birthday treat, love a free box of chocolates
I uninstalled them ages ago but I think I will reinstall them as I am getting supper savvy now! Thanks for the reminder.
I've downloaded them before but never actually used them as the items on offer weren't things that we would use so wasn't worth it for me. Looked on them again recently but still nothing that we would use.
I re-download them all last night but to be honest wasn’t that impressed with what they had to offer so not sure I’ll bother .
I uninstalled checkout smart myself but love shopimum and check on way to supermarket 9 times out of 10. I have saved £193. I find it frustrating when there is a good deal but local supermarkets don't have it
I use them regularly, although they don’t always have good deals. I always check whenever I’m in the shops
I downloaded the shopmium app but to be honest I wasn't that impressed with it wasn't things we used
