Do You Still Use Traditional Post?

We have already stocked up on our first class stamps before the imminent price hike. We don’t post much but still useful to have in some circumstances. Christmas, birthdays, medical letters, forms etc.
Yes, I still use traditional post for some competitions where the postal entry is free but there is the cost of the stamp to take into account.We receive very little post now except for the few important letters.
I can't remember the last time I posted a letter, and with the price of stamps I'm happy about that.
The majority of the post I receive nowadays is junk mail too, which makes me wonder how companies can afford to send it.
We just use the only service where they bring a label or collect the parcel etc, much more convenient
