Have You Used Moon pig/Funky Pigeon
Ask a Question
My sister's birthday is not until another two months but I've been thinking already of getting her a card and maybe a gift from either Moonpig or Funky Pigeon
I've had a look at Moonpig so far and it seems nice.. Has anyone brought flowers from there? Are the quality nice?
It would be great to buy from there was as I can get 15 points per pound I spend if I shop there by clicking through maximiles website
TheChimp yes it does seem costly with the flowers and gifts but I did see an offer for new members.. but I would have to shop there through their own website as maximiles doesn't allow vouchers
Nadiaparveen My sister sent my mother some flowers from Moonpig and they weren't very good when they arrived and were dead within a couple of days.
Used them just for cards and never had a problem. Having flowers delivered is always expensive but for me I always go through a florist.
The cards are great but I would buy flowers from M&S with free delivery. They’ve never let me down.
yeh i used to haven't done for a while now. i am a florist and would never recommend buying flowers from a site like these as you hardly get anything for what you pay.
I have used Moonpig quite a lot as I like to make my own cards by uploading pictures relevant to the persons I am sending them to.They have always arrived on time and been appreciated because of their individuality.I have not used the flower delivery service.
Funky Pigeon has usually been my personal option as I can usually get a decent discount and cash back.
Moonpig is similar but I usually find it more expensive.
Thortful and Scribbler are good too.
I tend to check with codes and deals with them all and then decide.
It usually works out cheaper to order flowers from a local florist near the recipient as the quality is usually much better. Or there is Bloom&Wild, Bunches and M&S online for flowers.
I’ve used them for the past few years, I do like the fact they send you a reminder each year if you’ve saved the date/occasion with them
I've used them for cards which have always been great and have sometimes sent chocolates too but have never used it for flowers. I've heard from other people though that the flowers are hit and miss. I would go to a local florist as you will get more for your money and will get great flowers too.
MrsCraig Thankyou judging by the answers I have received I shall pass on the flowers
