What Are the Most Affordable Website Hosting Platforms for Small Businesses?

I'm starting an events company. I need my starting costs to be extremely low. I looked at wix and that was £9 a month for the hosting and £1.99 per month for email. And then I no godaddy do cheap domain names. Can anyone beat wix price?? As to get the best deal on wix I would need to pay 3 years upfront on there.
