What's Your Favourite Summer Garden Flower?
Ask a Question
Having gone to the garden centre yesterday to buy a few new plants, there were so many beautiful flowering plants. I wonder if there is a firm favourite to grow in the garden.
Depends what soil you have. Roses are my favourite. I love wisteria but doesn’t suit my house, garden.
My favourite is a repeat flowing rose bush I have, it’s a beautiful pink one. I’ve managed to take lots of cuttings, so now have quite a few scattered around.
Got to be the sunflower, still have fond memories from the blue peter competition every year. Always have to grow some now, they're so eye catching
There are to many to choose just one. We always have sunflowers in the garden for summer, but I also love passion flowers, lilly's, wisteria is stunning.
I Like to see alyssum as it was the first plant I grew from seed as a child, brings back memories of someone no longer with us.
I have quite a variety of flowers in my garden but must admit am loving seeing all the wild flower areas.
I can’t be doing with annuals so choose perennials which can be pruned to shape and come back yearly. I favour mallows and hollyhocks
I've been planting wildflower seeds in our garden in our pots . Brings a bit of life to our concrete garden. Would love to have a bit of grass too tho
