I normally purchase from tesco store. Price is competitive than others. Lovely deal posted by you

Latest000 I also had another chat put up but it got removed. I was asking peoples opinions whether fireworks should be banned altogether or banned for private use, or stay as it is.

eyeballkerry I think in the future firework displays might be virtual, like a laser show with all the colour and excitement but without the danger

Imnotcheap I was reading about this in the news yesterday

Why are they still allowed to be bought over the counter when thugs like this can get hold of them legally and terrorise people and attack the police ???

It is giving licence to people to use them as weapons for one night of the year

It reminds me of the film 'The Purge' , where it is legal to kill someone one night every year

OK , a bit far fetched and not the same, but they can still cause serious injury

And there is no law saying you cannot use them anytime of the year , they are used at parties, new year and other celebrations

Not wishing to be a party pooper and spoil it for safety minded people and their families, but they can be as dangerous as a knife in the wrong hands
